Since joining Stanberry and Assc. three years ago, Jeff Baker has been honored each year with membership in the Presidents Club.(for agents selling over $5,000,000/year) Jeff has been working in Austin real estate industry for the past ten years and specializes in the central Austin neighborhoods. Until 2006 he was a state licensed appraiser as well as a realtor. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and returned to Austin in 1992. For five years he was the owner and president of Middleburg Interiors, a direct importer of European Antiques. He was the owner and general contractor for 112 West 32nd Street(The Ross-Black House), for which he was awarded the 1998 Austin Heritage Society award for best restoration of a residence. His current residence was featured in the 2000 Historic Hyde Park Homes Tour. Mr. Baker currently owns and manages five central Austin properties(9 total rental units). Mr. Baker lives with his wife, Kate, and daughter, Anna, in Hyde Park. He specializes in residential property in the central Austin area.
